Beutifull quite nice place and plenty of parking space
They charge a parking fee during the summer but free on off season. It’s a nice place to stroll or sit on the bench and daydreaming.
Park has boat launch play ground with basketball court
Fee to park in season
Nice quiet and peaceful beach, great views. Great for a relaxing walk. Popular with senior citizens.
You can see across the water to hempstead beaches.
Love this beach. Small, uncrowded, nice restaurant on the beach, swimming pool on the property near the beach, small play ground for kids. It seems like there's a friendly vibe and sense of community on this beach and that makes it all the more enjoyable. Live band played Labor Day weekend. Good times.
Beautiful views today. Friendly staff, was able to get my beach season sticker despite having to maintain social distancing. The young worker was pleasantly surprise when I gave her a small hand sanitizer with the payment !!
Very nice /own of Oyster Bay beach with a restaurant, pathways along the water and playgrounds. The water is part of Hempstead Harbor so not the cleanest, but good for boating and kayaking, or sunbathing on the beach.
Also has a boat ramp and area for skateboarders. In Summer only open to Town residents with a permit. Out of town residents can get a permit but the price is much higher.
Always a nice relaxing time
